Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at returns@cityrootsstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
